Steel Tree Bar w/ HIC

So I've been looking at the French ID "Steel Tree bars". It has an intergrated clamp and I was wondering if it would work with HIC?

Also I'm pretty sure it could but just wondering would it work with the new Blunt Declare Forks?

wont work w/ hic, but yea they will work with the declare fork

In order to run them HIC you'd have to cut the clamp off and have them tapered. They're 1 1/4 inch bars meant to run ICS. For some reason most of the Euro companies really like ICS even though it blows.

and if you want to run these bars with hic you would have to cut of the botom part of the downtube where the clamp is and taper them
i would just get declare forks though
