stomach ache

I sincerely apoligize if I am posting this thread in the wrong forum, but I have an issue involving my intestinal region. It has appeared to been develloping gas over the past couple hours and it is very painful; it hurts to walk, sit down and to type this paragraph. I ask in your guidance as to what i should do to relieve this extreme discomfort. I already ingested various drugs and nothing seems to have lessened the pain. Please help me and again I apoligize if i have posted in the wrong forum.
