OK,
guys, i havto get this off my chest, its been bugging me for weeks.
Why is it that us australians have pretty much the biggest scoot scene in the world yet have the least amount of street riders?
i, as a street rider would loove to see a bit more street in australia, have a bunch of riders that are all keen to ride street all day everyday with u, ide love to see some more legit aussie street vids! we have the spots guys! and we have the riders! so why is it there are barely any street riders in our scoot community??its just the same old park riders ding the exact same tricks following the trend.
i barely see any creativity in aussie riding anymore outside parks, it sadens me.
some of you guys should try getting creative on street riding and i can gaurrentie that u will find riding alot more fun, rather than trying to copy the new latest craze tricks.
here is a list of riders i would consider street riders or atleast are always keen to ride street.
from qld:
jamie bowe- sure the kid is disrespected a little for whoring tricks down stairs but atleast his taking it to more creative places then flyout at the park......
jackson calcutt- i could see jackson as a bit of a street rider.
otherwise, i cant think of anyone else
dissapoints me to see such a huge scooter scene yet such a lack of street riders, i had to count jamie in to qld just so u guys would have atleast one dedicated street rider.
from nsw:
royce king-kid is aaalllways keen for a street ride, kids know him as a crazy park rider but behind those crazy airs and huge lookbacks theres an even crazier street rider.
aaron bransdon- the dude is as keen as me to ride street whenever is possible.
colby la-chuisa- local kid i ride with always keen for a street and can get amazingly creative.
tyler heywood- another local kid who absolutely kiiillls street ridinga nd realy knows whats up with rails and barspins, hasto be one of the most under-rated out there these days.
kane hunt-i remember seeing his old vids and seeing him as a crazy ass street rider and i know hios back riding so i wouldnt be surprised.
i know ive probs missed one or 2 but overall thats disgraceful guys!!!!for the amount of riders we have i our scene we can do better!now im not saying all u park riders are doing the wrong thing, its more to the point i want to see a change from eeeveryone riding park!those traditional park riders can stay were they are but those kids just out tehre to follow the trend can make a change and thats wat i wanna see done!
so come on guys! lets make a change!
