Stretching before you ride?

I usually jog a little bit before i ride, so my hands dont go completely numb. but they still do and it makes barspins so hard lmao

I always do the stretches I used to do in baseball because otherwise I'm so sore the next morning

i never really need to whenever i get to my local i just do stuff i can do easily then i start trying to stuff and rails and over the box and stuff.

I usually do the nine-stair-turned-four-block first try and pop my kneecaps out of my skin when I land then I'm all good when I go to my local.

Thos may sound gay..but! If you put your hands on your stomach it warms them up so much and it feels so good! Feels like theyre on fire. Ina good way:p

I freaking hate it when my hands are freezing while I ride. I can barely hold the bars when they're like that.

I just warm up by doing tricks that I love and are easy, Invert Airs, Doubles Flat, Etc, just to make sure I haven't lost any skill over night ;)

All the time.
even warming up can tear something sprain something easy.
I mainly do legs and a bit for arms.
helps for the next morning because your not sore as fuck.
But it also makes you more flexible.
