stretching clamp?

if i get buffs it says at the sr store i will need to stretch the clamp so how would i do that? plz dont tell me to search because i already did. soo yeah thanks

put a penny between in it and put the bolt in backwards. tighten it and the penny will stretch the clamp. search before you make a new thread, theres a bunch of threads just like this already.
