it doesnt matter it the inside of the steertube gets stripped.... you can just push the bars on..

he doesnt have to get a new clamp.. just cut the bolt were it crosses to the threaded hole in you clamp and get a new nut.

which bolts? the top 4, or the ones thet hold the stem to the steertube?
