Stripped Bolt on my fork

Both Sides of the bolt on my fork are stripped how can I remove?

Grind down two sides of the bolts and use pliers?

Metal core?

grind one side of it down to like nothing. then just rip it out.

Cut a slot in it, and use a screwdriver.
