stripped bolt scs

i searched, could not find a thread, i got a new fork and my bottom scs bolt is stripped, i bought new allen wrenches and it still doesnt work, i really need help asap, no flaming.

You probably didn't search very hard. You have a couple options.

1. Use a hacksaw and cut through the bolt through the slit of the scs. Then just unthread the pieces.

When are you going to learn how to do this stuff yourself? Its not that hard. A hacksaw costs $4 at homedepot

I see your problem. I suppose you want it looking clean and nice. Do what Michael said: buy a stripped bolt removing kit at homedepot/osh/whatever. Attach it to your drill and it will come right out. You will need a new bolt however.

if the two bolts on either side of your stripped bolt aren't stripped try tightening those real tight and it should loosen the one that's stripped. If not use micheals way
