stripped tilt nimbus help

so i have a stripped tilt nimbus; like a bolt will go in but it wont be tight it's always loose any suggestions; should i just cut the top off and install a starnut?

yeah, if that doesn't work you broke your scooter and you will need a new fork. but i don't see why it wouldnt, unless the fork would be too short. i'd try it if I were you as it looks like you are out of options.

Buy an ICS kit, run inverted SCS. That would be your best bet I'd say. I doubt the threads would really get in the way of a starnut though? You could probably just sand them out if they do.
