Switching away from DSLR

Okay, well I'm selling my Canon Rebel t2i. I was into photography for awhile, well I still am. But I want a camera more on the video side.

I'm looking to switch to a Sony VX2000 or 2100, but are their any other cameras I should may be looking into?

Just looking for some opinions before I make a decision

*Best DSLR cameras to film with for the price. They are much less ergonomical than a typical camcorder. Image quality isn't everything.
