Some of the pegs have two degrees of a curve in them, they are mainly based on what park riders want and have asked for. The curve helps you balance on slippery coping and not slide out and fall while grinding stuff like half pipe coping and stuff. The Fulls (the normal ones, without the curve) are just as good and a tad bit stronger because they are thicker.
