TailWhip Catch, Help!

I have been doing solid tailwhips for a while now and I cant seem to be able to catch the deck as it comes around.

Any Tips? I need help badly

well the way i learned was buy getting more air and tailwhip faster and as ur doing that focuson catching t only focus on catching

Point your toes upwards as well so your feet catch on the deck when it spins around and naturally roll forward onto the deck.

i just becomes instinct to suck the deck up to your feet after you ride for a while...i had the same problem plus it was worse for me cause i heelwhip naturally >.<

I kick em pretty hard whip it around and stick my foot out like when the tail is 7/8s the way around. Remember to put the bars up as you catch to get it into your feet.

Bump.
I can whip really fast and land tailwhips fairly clean every time, but when I try to catch, I just stomp my feet down. Watching footage back I do catch about 4 inches off the ground, but land almost immediately. I do it flat if that has anything to do with it.
