Tailwhip keep landing on side

I know there is a million threads on this. Anyway I was looking on youtube for like 2 hours (I have no life) then I went to try tailwhips. Nothing helped. I flick it perfect then I land on the side insted of on the deck. I tried them for like 3 hours I cant land on the deck.

It took me 4 years to get my barspins atleast somewhat good. Barspins. Out of everything.

Try, try, try again.

for me what helped the most when learning tailwhips is trying to land my right foot on the deck(im regular-left foot forward)
hope this helps!

pull your knees up while you whip so your deck has more time to get around, told this to my bro and he got it within a day. and also commit, you might be a little unconsciously scared cause your whippin a deck right next to your ankles, so throw hard tuck your knees and commit, and if that doesn't work go to someone you know can whip well and they will help

maybe try it off a small a ramp?
maybe into grass?
just try anything that you will think you help

make sure your hanging your toes off the front, when you are learning whips this is essential, but slowly fade out of the toe hanging once you get better
