It's a mini video, excuses about using particular software don't mean anything, you can always recompress the video using a diffrent program, another thing is that if your program can't export a mini video to a reasonable sized file I might be allowed to honestly say that it sucks, sorry.

Edit: how many 'download slots' does USA have on that wicked website? For Poland it's 500 and they're occupied all the time.
