The fastest bars would probably be stock, cause they're pretty thin as far as tubing goes, so they'd be really aero. Not Slayers though, too much surface area. So get stock, cut them down shorter (so you can get about half a grip on each side) and you'll be flying. If you put them as low as they can go you'll be golden. Actually, you'll have to bolt them cause that quick release deal is so not aero. You can either do that, or tap out.
