but for real, metal cores are gay. They're way too expensive for what you get. I mean, the core is strong n all, but the urethane is just like any other wheel; therefore it can still wear down, dehub and get flat spots just as fast as any other wheel. Plus, if you hot glue or even better, bondo your wheel the core will last you a really long time, probably until the wheel itself dehubs or wears down. Plus, the core of the wheel, I'm pretty sure, is the part of a wheel that by my observations, seems to be the part that is broken least frequently compared to people dehubbing wheels. And, metal cores are a huge bearing killer apparently, because they aren't soft, and can ovalize and you'll be breaking more bearings than a mountain lion with ADHD on a sugar-rush. So pretty much, metal cores are not worth the ridiculous amount of $$$ you pay for them, plus of course the retarded shipping costs..
