my friend ordered blunt stuff from kota 4 months ago.
He then ordered eagles from ecx i think and got it in 2 days.
Then he called kota everyday at different times and no one will return his calls.
Then kota emailed him 4 weeks ago saying it would be there in 2 days. never came.
