first a propulsion system that can go the speed of light (or at least really close to it) needs to be developed, unfortunately i cant see it happening any time soon :/

Either that or we just need to send a probe out towards these planets. That way we could start trying to find life while we wait on such a propulsion system to be invented. I guess like the satalites that went to Jupiter and Saturn? That would still take forever.

Anybody have any information on the moons with ice-surfaces and oceans underneath? Any investigations or ideas regarding those?
