The "This or That" thread!

baby scs is cheaper and lighter and smaller, looks alright. full size scs is stronger and probably makes your scooter more dialed also. if it were me i would go with the original big scs. all this is my opinion and i havent riden either of them so i cant tell you anything official.

dude your retarted. if u got 1 1/4th width bars AKA standard go with baby because its MORE compression in a smaller space so technically it will dial your scooter more. use normal scs if you go Oversized to standard a lot

Baby scs is just as strong as regular scs ive never seen anyone have a problem with them. But i would get a phoenix scs it looks cleaner and its lighter.
And yea my scooters dialed so it doesnt effect that.

More compression? What the hell? It's the exact same thing, you just have less clamping area on your forks and bars because it's an inch smaller. So in theory, standard SCS would be more dialed because it clamps a larger area of your forks and bars. The only way there is "more compression" is if you tighten the compression cap more.

dude. i swear. if its the same amount of compression in smaller amount of space its would be a plus.

There is no "amount of compression". You put a top cap on, you tighten it. Compression. That's it. Baby SCS and Regular SCS compress the headset exactly the same amount. So does HIC. It only matters how much you tighten the compression bolt.
