Proto or Lucky Bars?

Not sure what i should get, Proto Retro Lites or Lucky standard T bars. There both around the same pricce but im not sure what one would last longer. Help please?

So I'm getting district bars, they're 22 high and should I cut a slit and run ics and use my half knuck and wait the the slit breaks and put them in scs? Or go straight to scs?

last time i'm gonna ask. about to order a v2i and forks. i was going to get tilt forks, i run full scs, will these be fine or are there other forks that will work better since the tilt forktube is shorter?
