I guess that anyone could flair it, it looks just like a steep vert wall with at least 5ft of tranny so it's not that bad.

Like I said before, I doubt any scooter riders could air it, maybe on the other one since there's a better run up and it's smoother, but even then it'd be really hard.

Fun fact: The entire thing was powered by an engine and could rotate. We tried turning it on but it didn't work.

what do you mean by this?

The entire thing we were riding one was on some sort of rails or something, and the entire thing could rotate. Only about a foot of concrete on the outside perimeter wouldn't move. And there was an engine with buttons on it that told the thing which way to spin.
