This is probably the best explanation. I've seen other riders who have this same "competition run" mentality where they do as many tricks as possible instead of planning out something that will look better. Since I'm sure people will come in and say "you can't do tricks, Alex" I'll say what I always say. Dakota is the most consistent rider yet, with more tricks than maybe anyone. He probably did every clip in this video first try. That still doesn't make it enjoyable for me.

kota is an awesome rider no doubt, i enjoyed the video and appreciate the talent and think he gets way more hate than he deserves. i can understand about the style thing to a degree but i think it's way overplayed.
