Yes it is! That was a joke of the day - samokat is not for samokat XD. Actually, it is "Samokat-3". First two parks were like 10x larger with foampits and better obstacles/figures (mainly for BMX-riders, but skaters also were visiting them often). But local riders told me these parks were too far from the St. Pete's center, so they bankrupted
Still I got some nice places to ride. Especially, in comparing with my Perm's conditions lol.
