Lol that doesnt crush the cups. Retard. That guy isnt using the best tool but just find something that fits into it good and gets it out better with more surface area than that chisel or a flahead screwdriver.
Its how ive been doing it fot the last 4 years.

Yep i have a cane creek s-1 on stock fork right now and my scooter is dialed until I ge my compression system. It doesn't crush the cups at all or damage the headset if you do it smartly.

What I did was take a pillowcase and bunch it up and put it on top of the headset cups and lightly hammer it until the cups were in.

i put the the deck in the vice and put the cups in, then tighten the vice and it puts in the cups perfectly. but make sure you put some wood between the headset cups and vice

or use a rubber mallet to put the cups on. Don't have to worry about messing it up with a hammer, its what I used.

That is most likely the best and easiest way. Thats how I do it. Never broken anything so far, just make sure the cup is in there straight before you start pounding it real hard.
