Thread Idea..

Im gonna make a "Staff criticism/ comment thread".
Everyone seems to have a problem with almost anything we do and make it sound like they could easily run the site better than us... Its annoying and Ive thought it was since before I was a mod. Itll be like a comment/ suggestion box at a restaurant. They can say what the like about what we do, what they think we could improve, etc.

Im putting it in the Mature Discussion section and also putting a warning right at the top that we will NOT hesitate to lock it if it gets out of hand. Im also posting a warning that now one will be allowed to pick out ant certain staff member, no name dropping, not hating on any specific one of us.

Im just putting this in here so you guys can check on the thread if you want.

I made it. Im hoping it will cut down on the hate, argueing, and criticising in other threads. If someone has a problem and theyre too immature to PM us, maybe theyll be at leats mature enough to post it in there.

Its trying to solve the hate. If the can tell su the problem, instead of bitching about it in random threads, we can either solve it or explain why whatever happened happened.

I see what you guys are saying, but thats why i put it in the mature section.
If people take it seriously, then maybe we could actually get some good suggestions. the thread got to 2 pages pretty quickly, so obviously its catching people attention. All we have to do is keep immature people out of it.

And Rob, you posted in there and saw I edited Phils post. He PM'd me about it and got kind of snippy, but it doesnt bother me. I explained to him Im not trying to be an asshole but its pretty frustrating when the first person to post in their breaks the only rule I posted to follow. Hes saying my warnings are minimal and banning him wont do anything. I could've been a nazi mod and banned him just for the post, but I didnt, I edited the post like I said I would..
He says he respects you and stuff, so could you explain what im trying to say to him? I have a feeling hes not gonna listen to me (based on the tone of his message)
