when do you put the compression ring on? before or after the top cap? is it diferent with each headset? and does the fsa dh pro headset bearing's clip in?

what headset you have? cause my can creek was compression ring then top cap but my pig is top cap then compression ring

on a DH pro, the bottom bearings are factory installed, and the top bearings dont clip in, they just rest on the top cup. Then the compression ring goes directly on the top bearings, then just put the top cap on.
