Threadless headset on threaded fork installation?

Somebody please help me because I have no idea how to install one. More specifically how do you install a pig or cane creek headset?

Search next time but, squeeze the cups into your headtube with a vice. just be really carefull it doesn't go crooked.
and if your worried about the headtube or cups getting dints in it then put a bit of wood in between the cups/headtube and the vice. put one cup in at a time. And after, put your bearings in, and put your lock nut on and your ready to ride.

i just put mine together right now. take the old headset out and put new one in. put the bearings in the cups, slide your fork up, put on the compression ring and the bearing race and watever it comes with. then use ur old locknut( the one on the top on your threaded headset ) and tighten it i recommend using locktight and put it on the forktube threads, then put your bars on and tighten your clamp.

Probably. My local bike shop HATES scooters. So me and my friends went up there once and asked for a tune up on our scooters haha

At my bikeshop its 10 to put a chain on.. thats more then the chain itself haha

at my local bike shop it was free for some installations, but boy, did they look at me funny when i walked in with my scooter to get some grips! I dont know, ill call them. Thanks for the help dude.

most dont, some charge a small fee but not much
