can you put a threadless fork on a scooter with just normal bars with a split and clamp of with it slip out

Well yes, you can use normal slitted bars if you use ICS. You can also use slitted bars for HIC but you need over-sized bars for that.

You'll need a threadless headset as well.

Or it will come loose. Compression is necessary for threadless forks and headsets to function properly.

i think hes trying to ask if you can use a threadless fork with just a clamp if so the answer is no
