i think from the specs the ninja and nitro are the same cept fo the cola

I can only answer #2.... And I'll do it before this gets locked.
A bigger wheel means a higher centrifugal force meaning it'll be easier to carry momentum. More momentum means more consistent speed.

110 is always better, period.
