Due to incompletion of the ramps, the competition is gonna be pushed back a month. The exact date with be known tomorrow afternoon.

The difficulties with building permits has pushed back the building of the ramps.

The ramps aren't going to be done, nothing anyone can do about it. The 12th was the date, but unless you wanna ride half of a skatepark, rescheduling is better.
