You can get a waiver notarized (btw if your 18 you don't need to get it done) you have to find a place around you thats a notary, usually banks, politcal offices and places like that do it. Your parent just signs it than they put a big fancy stamp on it and sign it and itslike 2 or 3 bucks
or if your mom is a notary its super convenient for all your friends.... a notary's child cant have stuff notarized by their parent haha gayyy.

I think the comp starts at 12. I don't have an exact answer for you because i didn't show up till late last year but you can probably go register at 9 and just go right in the park.
