Lol $99 is cheap, I payed $130 for mine and they're usually $130 - $150 and that's if you get them online in aus.

tilt forks are probably the strongest aluminum forks on the market,and they look pretty awesome. the only reason why i dont have one is because the legs get in the way of smiths a little bit, which annoys the shit out of me.
