Tilt SCS and zero gravity drop v's

I have zero gravity drop v bars and a tilt SCS that I want to trade for oversized bars and a H I C clamp and kit. The zero gravity bars are 20 1/2 high by 19 wide and put in SCS their 22 1/2 tall. I'm looking for bars about 23 tall because these ones are too short for me. Any reasonable offers will be considered thanks.
