i stripped nine too. if you stripped the alan key hole just drill it out and put a thin bolt up it with the nut facing up. then you tighten it with a ratchet. easy fix and it works better than before! if its the threads then e-mail tilt, BTW: they suck ass...... i emailed them and 2 weeks later i got a reply saying that they wont import it for me, but instead to e-mail some other guy, i emailled this guy and never got a reply

email tilt hell send you a new one for free. and it wasnt stripped when you got it, make sure your using the right size allan keys. use the metric size not standard size.
the allan key's size should be measured in full numbers and not portions of numbers

it was stripped when i bought i got it 2nd hand and i try what you said with the nut. i emailed tilt and they dont reply back for shit

Cant really test it yet because all my tools are in my bag at a friends house but ill tell you when i do it lol

First off, you have to email a legit company. Try emailing vertx for one of their starnuts because they work on tilt forks and in my opinion are better. If you do get a Vertx starnut, tighten it in with a 10mm allen wrench and tighten your compression like you would with a normal fork. You have to use a regular top cap and bolt to use the vertx starnut. Hope this helps!
