This is a hell-outlandish thread, so yeah, enjoy
My opinion is, no, it can't happen, the odds of successful time travel are astronomically high, and there are so many problems that are involved within the idea that we'd practically destroy all life.
My first time travel 'theory'
If time travel existed, that would mean the future has already happened, right?
If time travel exists, and people have come back to the past/present, why is everything the same...? UNLESS! The changes have already occured as a result of time travel and we are living in a world where paradoxs and abnormal things exist, but remain unnoticed.
My second time travel 'theory'
If someone was living in the year 3042, and they travelled back to the year 1951, does this not create an ultimate paradox?
They are existant in a time before they are born, would this not create many problems?
Discuss if you wish
Just something really fun to think about.
