titanium bars good or bad?

I was thinking of investing into titanium bars one piece of course but would they break after a while would they even be worth the time and trouble? If they are worth it does anyone know the size of the inside of the tube that goes on your forks and the size of the inside of the tube on top.

Not worth the time or money. People have asked over and over, it would be cool to have some, but it would be a waste. Ti flexes a lot too. A lot in relation to steel and aluminum, that is.

It has been asked over and over again. No. Titanium bars would be a massive waste of time/money.
There is a reason chromoly 4130 is used for bars, because its the perfect material to fit what we're doing. If titanium was good for parts on bmx/scooters than it would of been used along time ago.
Now stop with the titanium threads.

titanium is being used more and more in BMX, so idk what you're talking about... they make just about every hardware bolt out of titanium, and they make wheel axles and crank spindles out of titanium too. i think soemone needs to man up and make some titanium bars for a scooter to see how well they'd hold up. if we can ride alumium bars, then we can ride titanium bars. titanium is stronger than aluminum. if you have the money to make Ti bars, then go for it. someone has to try it at least once.

titanium bars on bikes arent as strong as chromoly bars on bikes. companies that sell Ti bars even give disclaimers such as "if you bend or break chromoly bars, then you should not get Ti bars." titanium just isnt as good of a metal for scoot bars as chromoly is

do you have Ti bars? nope.

we don't know if it will work well, no one's tried yet. we just ASSUME it wont work well. we have no proof that it wont.

and i'm not saying we should REPLACE chromoly with Ti... i think it should be an available choice tho.

Chromoly bars bend, and they are a lot more dense than Ti. So, I will come to the fact-base conclusion that Ti bars will bend much easier, which is not good.

dont pros and like all? (maybe wrong idk) stock scooters come with aluminum bars? i think that someoen should try Ti bars before we say there instantly not good.. i doubt anyones even made a pair...

i hav made ti,aluminum, cromoly, and steel bars ti bars are great for park and light street or light riders and they make all kind of ti parts for bikes about every part for bikes com in ti its alot stronger than you guys think
