Very legit, they took about 5 days to reply to an e-mail I had sent to them, but i got a reply, and they shipped the stuff and everything, they just charge more than usuall for shipping.

ok my pro comp costed 320 bucks, and he wants to charge me extra if I want PROTO Metalcores, I called him yesterday and apparantly (which I didn't atuclly know) they're NOT fake buffs! they don't use an ADA Stem like Buff Bars, they have their own branded Scooter Zone Stem.
