i called the day after to make sure they had what i ordered, they bought the shipping label from UPS that night, havent shipped yet tho

You both should file complaints with the better business bureau, that should help them get their act together, as for my order it has been a week and it hasnt shipped out which makes me mad

yeh it took 3 weeks for me to get my nawt bars. they didn't ship them for two and a half weeks after i ordered them.

Generally in online business you expect to have your item shipped the same day after the payment is received. NO ONE should be waiting 2-3 weeks to get their item(s).

You do realize all the fucking shit they do right?
On top of making all there products they run 2 walk in stores which NO other company does with a new shop opening in Murrieta soon.
2 weeks isnt even that long dude.

If they have shit instock and are advertising it for sale on their website maybe they need some more fucking staff because this is a load of horse shit.

ummmm do u not understand buisness? in order to hire more staff u need more money/customers and right now the scooter industry isnt exactly huge.

It must be big enough for them to have 3 stores. And if they have 3 stores with 3 times the amount of people at store one then why cant they ship out faster eh

Dude one person pretty much runs each store. Its not like they have 3 people working all day every day, they can't afford that. If it weren't for companies like this dedicating money and time into the sport you wouldn't even be able to buy fucking parts because they would be non-existent. INSTEAD of taking the complaint to a scooter forum and bashing them, why don't you get ahold of them somehow and figure out whats going on. I get that they should ship their stuff faster, I AGREE with you, but there are better ways to go about it then this.
