titianum scooter

Its a waste of money. The price will be very very expensive and its better to just buy a Terry Price Pro Model for a cheaper price.

titanium bends alot easier than aluminum, so chances are you deck would bend if it was completely made out of titanium. ive seen it happen with titanium bmx frames.

wrong titanium is stronger than aluminum but its pointless since 1 Ti is mad expensive and 2 aluminum is lighter anyway

the reason you see it on bmx frames is because frames are made of steel and steel is stronger than Ti

Machining titanium would be death, not only because the need of super drill bits and other machines, Ive also heard that it's a bitch to weld.

Needs to be braized I think, rather than welded, not sure, only someone with the proper tools can do a half decent job of machiniing something from Ti.

Ti is very strong and light, but also very malleable, hence the reason it is easy to bend. Less cracking though.

me friend in metal shop tells me that he asked if they could make stuff out of Ti but they cant, it needs to be welded and cooled in an enviorment without oxygen because of how reactive it is and that it might explode or something

I never knew this about Ti, wow you learn something new everyday. If it was me I would just reinforce things instead of making Ti parts. It would be cheaper.

I am trying to reinforce my fork with a titanium pipe. Titanium is hard to scratch , flex but strong. Airbourne or something is a titanium MTB bike company which sells frame. Light , strong , anti scratch.

thats a hella good idea to reinforce ur fork but its still so expensive and im not that gnarcore yes gnarcore.. so t tube is fine for me
