Admins or who ever has the power todo this.
you should make it so that to make an account you have to learn how to post pictures. like it shows you step by step. that way no one can say they dont know how to post pictures and it wont happen as much

I think people should just not be stupid and learn how to embed pictures because it's not even a hard thing to learn.

It's not the new accounts thats the problem, its the person behind it.
