Torque springs and rollerweight combinations.

Can anyone please tell me the rollerweight and torque(contra) spring combination required so that the clutch engages at 800 rpm. I'm working on a solar car and the cvt we are using is cvttech. It is similar to the one used in honda ruckus.
I am a college student. Please help.
