how do you get them out?
ive heard of jumping on the sides but i need more detail.
i dont want 2 get tools nd shhit but.

Just tip the trolley on its side, and jump on the side of the trolley up close to the red handle thingy so it bends outwards. Might need to turn the trolley onto its other side to help get the trolley pole out. It takes a while to do depending on the kind of trolley so be patient.

We call shopping carts trolleys here.

Now, you cant just jack any old trolley. Foodland (atleast the Foodland in my town) have old trolleys where the red handle ends only have an inch holding the bar. Newer trolleys have the red bits as proper handles that are 3+ inches long.

tl;dr: Find an old trolley.
