TSI deck rear axle snapped.. need replacement HELP [urgent!]

I have recently gone out and purchased a TSI deck and landed awkwardly while landing a trick over a jump. I then snapped the rear axle and have looked over the internet to see where is the nearest place to buy one.... I am unable to find a replacement rear axle on any website.. If anyone knows how I can sort this issue It would be appreciated very much:)

Yes that is what I'm using atm but I'm aware ill have to use spacers??? Cause the wheels rubs on the side of the deck :'(

5/16ths is correct and your deck should have come with two washers that go between the wheel and the deck

well if your wheel is rubbing against the sides that means many things.

1 the friction will mess up your bearings and possibly the wheel

2 with out spacers and tightening to that point will cause the frame to bend in and

mess up the pop nuts (the gold things) the deck plate, the deck bolts, and the frame

so the best thing to do is take your wheel off immediately before it causes major damage to the deck. and find two washers that both fit the axel and fit in between the frame and the wheel.

for help on installing go here http://www.tsiscooters.com/page2.aspx

dont use a razor front axle.. its not long enough, and the axle will shift around & most likely snap. you're way better off using a razor back axle with some spacers to compensate for the length, or a bolt from a hardware store.

To be specific the Exact Bolt Size and Type for the REAR TSI Axle is: A SHCS(socket.head.cap.screw.): 8M, 65MM LONG METRIC BOLT. Just cut about a half Inch off the threads and your good. You should have about a 1/4" of threads left on the bolt. By using a 5/16th" your using a SMALLER bolt and that WILL OVALIZE YOUR AXLE HOLE! Just so you know the FRONT TSI Axle is the same bolt but 60MM long! (shorter shoulder, Same length)

Hope that helps!
