okay i have the new verison of the flowmaster tsi and its ppose to be reinforced it has welds on the top and goin down on the sides but not on the bottom ill post pics in a sec

he means the weld going horizontally on the bottom of the headtube mt tsi freestyler i just got doesnt have it either its not just you its prabally suppose to be that way
