just got a full day of riding in today and the deckplates i found out come to be pretty damn dangerous haha, 4 cuts down the left side of my ankle, 2 on the right, and a pretty deep cut on my kneecap, anyone else find theres to be a deathtrap lol?

no, they don't need to be thicker, that won't do anything except add unnecessary weight. the deckplates need to be rounded/filed down around the edges.

I filed down the edges of mine, since I trimmed the corners and had to file anyway. They are sharp as hell though, stock. Next time post this in the right section.

ya i ride for tsi and ill edmit it the deckplates wear alittle sharp but for the last 4-5 production runs we have been fileing them befor we ship them and if u have an old deckplate then its preaty simple and easy to run a file down the sides a couple times
