no UBS is universal braking system I believe and it is not out it is a bracket that allows you to use any brake you want which you can't do with just the normal orion deck.

It does not have a set release date, but it will be coming out eventually. Right now we are working on getting the deck perfect, but the UBS design is already done and has been ridden for a few years so it should perform well from the start.
