drill 2 more holes in your headtube above the orignal ones
then a few small holes in the round section.
cut down brake or no brake
cut off exess t-tube (you could also do this the opposite way round, bolt lower and cut of exess steertube,could maybe save even more wieght)
twin bolted foldy, as opposed to tripple

dude im just throwing this out there dont mean anything negative or nothing. but is this kind of sport right for you? its not gonna hurt you too bad is it? i mean its good that your going out there and stuff, but just make sure it wont hurt you too bad. you still got a whole life ahead of you and getting hurt severly/permenently is not the best thing. but im not sure if it will hurt you with your condition just dont go overboard throughing yourself around. lookin out for you haha
