ultra pro headset wobble

my ultra pro headset is wobbling and i dont know if its loose or im missing something but it has some wobble. i was looking forward to no wobble cuz i just got off pro model (finally) and now it still wobbles. i only have a stock fork and im probably gonna get an inward extreme or zero offset so im also wondering if that would effect the headset at all. but yeah help?

I would go threadless instead of staying threaded. You need to loosen the clamp, tighten the locknut, slide down the bars, and tighten the clamp.

if your starding off, i would highly suggest not getting a 0 ofset unless all you ride is flatground
