i got hit today by one of those council lawn mowers without blades and my hand is now shreded like 5 kuts to the bone and hopin to sew cus he was ridin it on a pavement i was on my bike and it hurt quite bad and cant ride now for like 2 weeks plus

that was exactly same problem for me, until sunday

you just need the top one.

you dont need a starnut either unless you have a seatpost clamp that gots on the fork
