occasionally i think. it almost feels like i can control the pulsating by thought. like i can speed it up or slow it down. maybe i'm crazy...

try wearing earplugs next time it starts, you still hear it?
how often do you hear it? is it constant?
does it pulsate extremely rapidly/grind the way an engine does, or is it a smooth hum?
do you hear it in other places?
do you hear normal low pitch sounds better than other people?

also, about the yawning volcano thing, what is that? i THINK i know what you are talking about. i can do it without yawning, it feels like its something with the muscles in front of/under my ears.

its louder if i take away ambient noise but low frequencies could go through ear plugs.
i hear it all the time if theres no noise or not enough noise sometimes its louder than other times.

it pulsates like the bass of a car playing reggaton.

i notice it inside.

i hear all sounds more than other people.

and yeah i can squeeze the inside of my ears and hear the volcano deal, but it blocks out sound for me.

actually now that i think of it, it somewhat sounds like the volcano thing a little.
